A California man who came to Hutchinson to move in with his “girlfriend,” is now looking for his belongings.
Hutchinson Police say last Tuesday they met the victim in the Hutchinson Mall Parking lot. He told police that he had moved in a day earlier, the two argued, he left, and when he came back two hours later, the so-called girlfriend told him she had packed up his stuff and tossed it out. The victim says his stuff was nowhere to be found.
Police are looking for whoever took the items that included a skateboard, acoustic guitar, a Zippo lighter collection, DVD’s, 30 t-shirts, and a suitcase valued at just over $1,600.
