The season just got a lot better for the Hutchinson Tigersharks Girls Swim Team…they just won the State True Team Meet. The Tigers took the meet with 2,073.5 points…a 69 point win over Visitation. According to the True Team website, the Tiger broke their own record of most points scored by a state champion. Hutch had held the record with 1948 points scored in their 2009 State True Team Championship. It’s the second true team state championship in 3 years. Last season Hutchinson finished State Runners up behind Monticello, but then flip flopped those results later in the season winning the 2010 MSHSL State Championship.
