A former pastor from rural Gibbon was found guilty of criminal sexual conduct on Friday.
52-year-old David Radtke was accused of inappropriately touching a 16-year-old foreign exchange student. He was charged with 2 counts of 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct after a late-night massage with the student staying in his home turned into sexual touching this past May.
The jury began deliberating late Friday morning following 2 days of testimony which included the Spanish teen, who returned to the U.S. for the trial.
It took the jury about 4 hours to find Radtke guilty.
Radtke testified in his own defense Thursday that he inappropriately touched the girl but both had been fully clothed and the contact was brief.
Sentencing is set for January 20th.
