Logan Reid, Sibley East, Senior: 2 year Team MVP, All Conference, 3 year starter, 1,462 yards rushing, workhorse back.
Allen Van Dien, NYA, Senior: 2,114 yards rushing, 22 TD, set school record for carries in a season with 301, MRC back of the year, All Conference, captain, outstanding student
Tyler Boltz, DC, Senior: 1,004 yards rushing, 12 TD, Co RB of the Year in the WCC, 6 yards per carry average, teams top player as he plays special teams and DB as well.
Trace Adams, Hutchinson, Senior: All Conference first team, big play receiver (8 catches of over 45 yards), WCC WR of the year
Dylan Nelson, Annandale, Senior: 40 catches, 509 yards receiving, 5 TD’s, 2 special teams TD’s (1 punt return, 1 KO return), very good blocking receiver
Garrett Schultz, LP/HT, Senior: 2 time all conference, 11 catches, 223 yards receiving, 2 TD, 1 two pt conversion. (also a standout defensive player)
Taylor Broderius, BLHS, Senior: Undersized with a huge heart is how his coach, Curt Strand, describes him. 5-9 and 170 pounds but was a very tenacious guard. Good trap blocker, who can block 2 or 3 additional guys in the play.
Jesse Hedlund, Kimball, Senior: Named teams Most Valuable Lineman, 3 year captain, anchor of the line. Helped pave the way for an offense that broke or tied 15 school records this year.
Connor Longhenry, GSL, Senior: All Conf, WCC Offensive Lineman of the year, All State Academic, 3 year starter, tremendous blocker with good feet.
DaCota Weinzetl, Annandale, Senior: 3 year starter at guard, excellent blocker, 2 way starter (also plays NG and was 4th on team in tackles, 2 sacks, 2 INT)
Dan Stuewe, NYA, Senior: MRC Lineman of the year, paved the way for an offense that gained 2,800 yards rushing, 3 year starter, very physical player.
Anthony Settergren, Hutchinson, Senior: All Conference first team, 12 sacks to lead the team, 2nd in tackles, undersized lineman that used his speed to wreak havoc.
Shaun Schindler, Hutchinson, Junior: All Conference first team, 11 sacks, leads team in tackles, very good instincts.
Ray Eberhard, GSL, Junior: All Conference, 43 tackles, 15 Sacks, 1 fumble recovery, 2 year starter, excellent speed and rush.
John Weyer, Annandale, Senior: All Conference, 74 tackles, 7 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recovery, 1 INT, considered teams top defensive player.
Adam Neubarth, NYA, Senior: MRC D-Lineman of the year, one of the team leaders in tackles and sacks, can dominate play.
Maxx Williams, Waconia, Senior: WCC Linebacker of the Year, 3 year starter, 200+ tackles in career, 80 tackles and 1 INT this year, Offensive and Defensive MVP this season.
Derek Weber, GSL, Senior: All Conference, 73 tackles, 3 sacks, 1 INT, 1 fumble recovery, 2nd on the team in tackles, 2 year starter.
Connor Froehlich, Annandale, Senior: 116 tackles, 2 sakcs, 2 forced fumbles, 2 fumble recoveries, 1 blocked kick, all conference, led team in tackles 2years in a row, Good run stopper.
Jake Theisen, HLWW, Senior: Defensive MVP of team, All Conference, 109 tackles (2nd in CMC conf), double digit tackles in 7 games this season, a good all purpose player.
Ethan Maass, GSL, Junior: All Conference, 118 tackles, 4 INT, 1 fumble recovery, led team in tackles, tremendous athlete, good vs. run or pass.
Cole Gauldin, Annandale, Senior: All Section, 2 year starter, teams best cover corner, 58 tackles, 3 INT, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery, usually matches up against opponents best receiver.
Zach Remillard, BOLD, Senior: 45 tackles, 2 INT, never came off the field-plays special teams as well as a 1,000 yard rusher, teams best DB, always on the opponents best receiver.
Brady Forst, GFW, Senior: 3 year all conference, Academic All State, Captain, 35 tackles, 3 INT, 12 pass deflections, 2 sacks, great teammate and role model.
Coach of the Year:
Matt Walter, Annandale: A ho-hum regular season, gave way to the most incredible run in the state. A #7 seed when the playoffs started, guided them to upset after upset and helped them into the Metrodome for the first time ever in school history.
