Helen E. (Adickes) Matter, age 94 of Delano, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Golden Living Center in Delano. Funeral Service will be Friday, February 3, 2012, at 11:00 AM at West Pointe Church in Delano with interment at Calvary Cemetery in Delano. Visitation will be at the Iten Funeral Home in Delano on Thursday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. Further visitation will be at the church on Friday one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are with the Iten Funeral Home of Delano.

    Hi great grandma its been almost 2 months now since you passed away. I think of you often. I will always remember your summer visits as a child im so grateful that the last time i saw you i told you i loved you and would miss you. not many people get that chance so im very grateful that i had that chance. im so happy you are with your family now. though its sad your gone its also good you passed the way you wanted and im not sad you passed im actually happy because now my brother gets to meet you and have fun up there with you. and also because its what you wanted. i love you and will miss you until i get to see you again.
