A Hutchinson football player is continuing his gridiron career north of the border. Offensive Lineman Mitch Erickson has signed this offseason with the Canadian Football League’s Edmonten Eskimos. Erickson has played for both the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks before playin in the UFL with Omaha. The Eskimos finished tied for the Western Division title last year in the CFL, before losing in the conference finals to eventual champion BC.
