A 20-year-old Fairfax man has been charged with 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct in Brown County Court after allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.

Eloy Figueroa was reportedly in the relationship with the New Ulm girl from August 2010 through March 2011.

He was 19 when he met the 14-year-old while she was living in Fairfax. The girl later became pregnant, and the baby was born last month.

Figueroa was arrested after that because police believed he was a flight risk.

He faces 2 counts of the felony charge.
