A 15 second search on Mapquest (or your favorite map application) for 'Dassel, MN' would answer the question 'So, where the heck is Dassel anyway?'. For what it's worth, I found out about this story via email from a friend in NYC who saw it on Google News. It would seem that some folks outside our local community actually do know where Dassel is hiding. :) While Dassel certainly isn’t commonly known across the state, much less the nation, and it would have been nice to put in a sentence about where we are generally located, this story mentions ‘Minnesota’ in the 3rd paragraph.
