Authorities in North Dakota have released the name of a 55-year-old man who died in an industrial accident after getting entangled in some equipment as a Minnesota man.

WDAY reports that Dean Louis Marschel, of Annandale, Minn., was found dead Thursday morning when the Richland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a gravel pit area about three miles southwest of Hankinson.

The investigation is continuing with the North Dakota Medical Examiner’s Office and OSHA.
