A bicyclist is dead after colliding with a semi early this morning in Kandiyohi County.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the incident was reported just before 5am on Highway 71 at County Road 34, which is about 3 miles south of Belgrade.

Authorities say the semi collided with a bicycle, killing the bicycle rider. Details haven’t been released.
