Lorna A. Schmidt, (wife of Henry) age 97 of Belle Plaine, formerly Glencoe, passed away Sunday (10/21) at the Lutheran Home Care Center in Belle Plaine.  Funeral Service will be Wednesday (10/24) at 11 am at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Glencoe.  Interment in the First Lutheran Cemetery of Glencoe.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8 pm at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and will continue one hour prior to the service.  Arrangements are with the Johnson-McBride Funeral Chapel in Glencoe.

    To the Schmidt Families – Our sympathy to you in the loss of your mother/grandmother. What a wonderful, long life she had and weI pray you are rejoicing with her that she is now able to spend eternity with her Lord. As sad as this time is, it is with a sense of happiness to know that she doesn’t have anymore suffering or distress. She lived a long, good life and almost caught up to Grandma Mesenbring! Your are in our prayers.
