The Annandale Girls Tennis team has picked up some post season awards. The team received a Gold Academic Award from the Minnesota Tennis Coaches Association. That award is reserved for teams with a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher. Also, Head Coach Scott Orvik was named the Class A Minnesota Coach of the Year. Orvik led the Cards to a 20-6 record, and a berth in the Minnesota State Championship match. The second place finish was the schools highest finish ever.
