Thomas “Tom” Ralph Rathmanner, age 58 of Howard Lake, passed away Sunday (11/18) at HCMC in Minneapolis.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday (11/23) at Noon at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church.  Visitation will be from 9 am until Noon on Friday at the church.  Arrangements are with the Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted.
