Hutchinson Police have closed the case on the criminal sexual assault case that was reported last month.

In late October, a teenaged girl reported that she was approached by a man as she was letting her dog out in the 400 Block of Northwoods Avenue Northeast.

Hutchinson Police released a statement Tuesday saying they are no longer actively seeking suspects and the investigation is closed.
