The man arrested and later released in the shooting death of Cold Spring Officer Tom Decker is jailed again in Buffalo on felony stalking charges.

Thirty-four-year-old Ryan Larson turned himself into the Wright County Sheriff’s Office Sunday.

A criminal complaint filed last Thursday accuses Larson of violating a restraining order, stalking and harassing his ex-girlfriend.

It alleges that Larson made threatening online posts about his ex-girlfriend’s company and called her employer in an attempt to get her fired.
