Cloudy, with a temperature rising to near 25 by 8am, then falling to around 19 during the remainder of the day. Blustery, with a west northwest wind 20 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
