The jury has been selected in the first-degree murder trial of Timothy John Huber in Kandiyohi County District Court.
The West Central Tribune reports he 14 jurors, including the 12 required jurors plus two alternates, were selected by 3 p.m. Tuesday.
The attorneys will give their opening arguments and testimony will begin this morning (Thursday) before District Judge Donald M. Spilseth.
The 47-year-old Huber of Paynesville, and his father, Delbert, were indicted on first- and second-degree murder charges in the case.
43-year-old Timothy Larson, a teacher from Albertville, was killed Oct. 8, 2011, on his father’s rural Belgrade property after a confrontation with the Hubers.
