Hutchinson man pleads guilty to misconduct 21 Jun 13

A former staff member at a Hutchinson charter school accused of having sex with students has pleaded guilty to 2 counts of criminal sexual conduct. 29-year-old Stephen Michael Noga avoided a jury trial with the plea. He was arrested at the New Century Charter School in Hutchinson in March after the allegations surfaced. He had allegedly been having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student over the past two years while working in the school’s Information Technology Department. Noga remains in custody in the McLeod County Jail, and his sentencing is scheduled for July 9th.
