On November 11, 2012, the BLR Drug Task Force conducted a controlled buy and later executed a search warrant at a residence in the city of Fairfax, MN. During the search warrant Agents recovered over a quarter pound of synthetic marijuana commonly referred to as K2 spice. Agents also located a Ruger 10/22 rifle that had the serial number removed from it. 26-year-old Dustin Patrick Reinhart of Le Sueur, who was present at the execution of the search warrant, was subsequently arrested for the following charges, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm with an altered serial number, and for possession of a synthetic cannabinoid.
