Court Says No License for Too Slow Driver 21 Aug 13

The Minnesota Court of Appeals will not return the drivers license of a man who lost it for driving too slowly.

The court ruled that Gary Constans’ slow driving creates danger for other drivers.

The Lester Prairie man who says he goes slowly to save gas and avoid hitting animals has received nine warnings about his driving.  He says he doesn’t understand why authorities have a problem with his driving, saying it’s not like he’s smoking or drinking while driving.
