A third suspect has been arrested during the investigation of the death of an Annandale man who was shot to death during a robbery early Saturday.
The St. Cloud Times reports 22-year-old Gray David Soltis was booked at the Wright County Jail early today (Wednesday) for investigation of second-degree murder.
He is the third person arrested and accused of taking part in the death of 42-year-old Kyle Greene.
Court complaints filed against the two other suspects indicate that Greene died early Saturday after being shot in his garage on Poplar Avenue North during a robbery.
19-year-old Tyler James Fisher ofAnnandaleis charged with two counts of aiding and abetting second-degree murder, aiding and abetting first-degree aggravated robbery, and aiding an offender as an accomplice after the fact. 19-year-old Samara Leigh Juhl of Otsego was charged Tuesday with aiding and abetting first-degree aggravated robbery and aiding an offender as an accomplice after the fact.
They both made their first court appearances on the charges Tuesday.
The charges don’t accuse Fisher of shooting Greene, but indicate that Fisher told investigators that three other people went into Greene’s residence to rob him of drugs, money or both, and that one of them shot Greene with a shotgun.
Fisher told investigators that he was the getaway driver of the vehicle used during the robbery, according to the court complaints. Juhl is accused of sending text messages to Greene to set up the drug deal that led to the shooting.
Investigators continue to ask for the public’s help finding the other two suspects. Anyone with information about the death is asked to call the Annandale Police Department or the Wright County Sheriff’s Office at 763-682-1162.
