Wild reassigns Kuemper 18 Oct 13
SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has reassigned goaltender Darcy Kuemper to the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL).
 
    Kuemper, 23 (5/5/90), was recalled by Minnesota for the second time this season on Oct. 14 and started Tuesday at Toronto, allowing three goals on seven shots in a 4-1 loss. He is 1-3-0 with a 2.44 goals against average (GAA) and a .897 save percentage in seven career NHL games (four starts).
 
    Iowa (1-1-0) plays back-to-back road games against the Charlotte Checkers on Saturday and Sunday.
