6th Suspect Arrested in Annandale Homicide 30 Nov 13

The last of six suspects accused of being involved in the Sept. 28 shooting death of an Annandale man has been arrested.

Authorities say 18-year-old Preston Jordan Saengchanthalath was arrested Wednesday by Annandale police and Wright County sheriff’s deputies. He had been wanted in the days after 42-year-old Kyle Greene was shot during what investigators believe was a drug-deal-turned-homicide.

The St. Cloud Times reports Saengchanthalath is charged with second-degree murder and is accused of being one of three men who broke in to Greene’s garage on Poplar Avenue North early Sept. 28. Also accused of breaking into the garage are 22-year-old Gray David Soltis and 21-year-old Osayame Emanuel Igho-Osagie.

Soltis is accused in court complaints of being the person who shot Greene with a shotgun after the three men planned to rob Greene of drugs, money or both. Six people have been charged with planning the robbery, participating in the killing and hiding evidence afterward.
