The Carson Scholars Fund awards $1,000 college scholarships to students in grades 4-11 who excel academically and are dedicated to serving their communities. Students then also receive the honor of being named “Carson Scholars” and are awarded with an Olympic-sized medal and a trophy for their school to celebrate their accomplishments.
Principal Walsh had these comments:
“Nina is a very conscientious and hard-working gal. She has some major aspirations and is always looking to challenge herself. This year, she is taking College Composition, Spanish III, AP Gov, AP Statistics, Anatomy/Physiology and Honors Physics.”
“Sam epitomizes the broad base that we seek in students. He maintains full participation in the Fine Arts, Athletics and his community. Academically, he carries another heavy load with AP US History, Chemistry and Spanish III.”
