Minnesota Department of Transportation officials in the Mankato office advise no unnecessary travel in flooded areas of south-central Minnesota as crews clear mudslides and install traffic controls.
Minneopa State Park near Mankato is partly closed, and Blue Mounds State Park and Franz Jevne State Park are completely closed due to flooding.
In Blue Earth County, sandbagging is under way at New Richland and Eagle Lake.
In Sibley County, travel into Henderson is difficult by car as there was a mudslide on Highway 19 with trees and other debris on the road.
County and township roads in parts of Morrison and Renville counties are underwater or washed out.
Highway 212 east of Glencoe is open now after being closed Thursday.
