ST. PAUL, Minn. (July 8, 2014) – The 2014 “Minnesota Dream 18,” sponsored by Explore Minnesota, is a challenge that invites Minnesota golf enthusiasts and travelers alike to vote for their favorite 18 public golf course holes in the state. Hundreds of public golf courses and communities statewide will have a unique opportunity to showcase local offerings in an effort to earn a spot in the Minnesota Dream 18.
The effort takes just a few simple clicks: visit exploreminnesota.com/dream18/ and enter Minnesota public golf course name and hole number when prompted.
All participants will be entered into a sweepstakes to win a new set of custom-fitted Ping clubs and tour bag, courtesy of Minnesota-based golf retailer 2nd Swing, or a Stay & Play package for four at a select Minnesota golf resort. Voting ends July 31, 2014. Participants are encouraged to show their support via social media throughout the summer, using hashtag #MNDream18 and following along as the action unfolds on Explore Minnesota’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest accounts.
