Broman verified as scoring leader 11 Aug 15

The Minnesota State High School League has verified 2013 Lakeview Christian Academy graduate Anders Broman as Minnesota’s all-time leading scorer in basketball.  Broman, a 6-foot-2 guard, finished his high school career with 5,119 points, best all-time for boys’ or girls’ basketball in Minnesota.  Braham’s Rebekah Dahlman, also a 2013 graduate, is Minnesota’s all-time leading scorer in girls’ basketball with 5,060 points. The Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) certified Broman after a review of documentation provided by former Lakeview Christian Academy boys basketball coach Bob Newstrom and consultation with Minnesota boys basketball historian, Matt Pederson of Starbuck.
