Winter Hazard Awareness Week 10 Nov 15

This week (November 9-13, 2015) has been designated as Winter Hazard Awareness Week.

To help Minnesota residents minimize the risks of winter, the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, in collaboration with the National Weather Service and other state, federal, non-profit agencies, and emergency management agencies sponsor Winter Hazard Awareness Week each fall.

The week-long effort provides specific information each day that can be used in conjunction with school, church, or civic programs.
