Litchfield Man Sentenced for Indecent Exposure 30 Mar 16

A rural Litchfield man was sentenced Tuesday to two years of supervised probation for indecent exposure after neighbors say they saw him spending time in his front yard while nude.

The West Central Tribune reports 59-year-old Larry Fiero originally faced four counts of gross misdemeanor indecent exposure. He pleaded guilty to one of the charges in January in Meeker County District Court, and the other three were dismissed in a plea agreement.

As part of the probation conditions, Fiero has been ordered to build a fence or shelter on his property and provide proof of the fencing to law enforcement.

He will also undergo psychological evaluation and must follow any treatment recommendations.

According to court documents, from May 25 to July 12, witnesses say they saw Fiero sunbathing nude on his deck, picking up sticks while only wearing work boots, riding a lawn mower and bringing his garbage can to the road while completely nude.

Fiero was previously convicted of indecent exposure in September 2012.
