9-11 Observance 11 Sep 17

ST. PAUL, MN – In observance of the sixteenth anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Governor Mark Dayton has ordered all United States flags and Minnesota flags be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in the State of Minnesota from sunrise until sunset today (Monday, September 11, 2017).

As a mark of respect for the victims of the tragedy, Governor Dayton has proclaimed today to be “Patriot Day and A Day of Service and Remembrance” in the State of Minnesota.
