Veterans, the spouse of a veteran, or the widow of a veteran – age 55 and older – are being offered the opportunity to sign up for a free, one-time only driver safety class, courtesy of the City of Hutchinson-Senior Center and AARP. This class renews your Safe Driver certification and qualifies you for the 10% auto insurance discount by taking the AARP-Driver Safety Program class. The class will be at the Hutchinson Senior Center (1005 Highway 15 South) on Wednesday, November 14th, from noon – 4:00 PM. You may register in person at the Senior Center, or by calling 320-234-5656. Some proof of military service, such as a DD214, Legion or VFW membership, or dependent identification is required.
