Park Towers a Senior Friendly Community is owned by the Hutchinson HRA. Park Towers offers quality senior rental housing with services in an attractive, convenient neighborhood adjacent to South Park and downtown. There is a choice of rent based on income or a flat rent. Amenities include a spacious community room and dining room, cozy parlor and on-site laundry and beauty shop. Optional services available for an additional fee include senior dining and ConnectCare Health Care Ala Carte. A variety of activities are offered throughout the year.
