One man is hurt after a rollover accident at the Grove Creek Raceway. 64 year old Paul Larson of Dayton was driving a 1933 Ford Model 40 when he lost control of the vehicle and collided with the barrier walls. Larson was traveling approximately 80-90 miles per hour at the time of the accident. The Meeker County Sherriff’s Office says the crash is under investigation. Larson was transported to the Meeker Memorial Hospital in Litchfield.

One person was injured in a para gliding accident over the weekend. 53 year old Linda McClary was injured Saturday when her para glider’s safety link was broken and she fell to the ground in a field northwest of County Highway 37 and 515th street.
