    1. Hot Dish Sunday
      10:30 am – 1:00 pm

      Harmony Circle of Brownton Congregational Church presents their annual Hot Dish Sunday on Sunday, Nov. 13th from 10:30a-1p. Adults are $8, Children are $4, and 3 and under eat free, plus Veterans eat Free. Take Outs available.  

    2. Soup and Sandwich Luncheon
      10:30 am – 1:00 pm

      St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Green Isle is hosting their Soup and Sandwich Luncheon on Sunday, Nov. 13th from 10:30a-1p. On the menu is Chili, Chicken Noodle Soup, Cream of Broccoli, and Wild Rice Soups, along with Egg Salad and Ham Sandwiches. Cost is $8 for adults, Children 6-10 are $4, and under 5 is free. Proceeds uses for missions and church projects. 

    3. Meat Raffle and Bingo
      2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

      Stop by Cactus Jacks in Stewart every sunday for a 2 pm Meat Raffle, and 3 pm Bingo!

      4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

      Bethel Lutheran Church,77 Lincoln Ave N,Lester Prairie,Mn is having a Chili Feed &Silent Auction,Sunday,November13th  4p-6p Serving Chili,Chili Topping ,another soup.Bread-Beverage    $7.00 /Adults Children under 5 free.  Silent Auction -Proceeds to Kathy Young for medical expenses.   Homemade Lefse will also be available to purchase.

      The American Legion Post and Auxiliary of Brownton will meet at 7:30 pm on Monday, Nov. 14th at the Community Center. Guest Speaker is Katie Tuliss, Girls State Representative from Brownton.

      November 16th will be the next Regular meeting for the Hutchinson Unit 96 American Legion Auxiliary, at the Hutchinson VFW Post 906 at 7pm.  They welcome all Auxiliary members to attend.

    1. Renville County Historical Program
      6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

      Join Adrian Lee, paranormal investigator, author, psychic and radio host for an evening of ghostly tales at the Renville County Historical Society of Morton on Thursday, Nov. 17th. Lee has spent the summer investigating haunted locations in Renville County including the Morton School, Museum Grounds, Bechyn, Danube Depot and more! He will share his findings with video evidence, audio recordings, photographs and history. Cost is $5, plus an item for the Renville County Food Shelf. Proceeds benefit the Renville County Historical Society. Refreshments served after presentation. RSVP to 507-697-6147.

      The Kingston Apostolic Lutheran Church invites you to their Chili Supper on Friday, Nov. 18th from 5-7 pm. Serving Chili or Soup, Corn Bread and more! Also shop their Bake Sale and Craft Sale.

    2. Holiday Open House

      The Emmaus Gift Shop has their holiday open house on Friday, Nov 18th from 5-7 pm and Saturday 9a-3p. Bake Sale at 9 am Saturday featuring Scandinavian Treats.

      The Brownton American Legion Fun Night is Friday, Nov. 18th starting at 7 pm at the Community Center.

    4. Hamburg Lions Turkey Bingo
      7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

      The Hamburg Lions present Turkey Bingo on Friday, Nov. 18th at 7 pm at the Hamburg Community Hall. 25 games for $8, door prizes and meat raffles throughout the evening. Proceeds go to Brunch with Santa in December. You can also donate your old eye glasses for reuse.

      The Holy Family CCW of Silver Lake presents their annual Craft, Bake, and Gently Used Toy Sale on Saturday, Nov 19th from 8a-3:30p at the Church of the Holy Family. Shop the Christmas items, Baked Goods, Homemade Kolaches, and more!

    2. Arts Fair
      9:00 am – 2:00 pm

      The 38th annual FINE ARTS EXPO and 36th annual CREATIVE CRAFTS FAIR will be held Saturday, November 19, 9 am-2 pm in the Activity Center HLWW Middle School, 8700 County Road 6 SW, Howard Lake. Free admission. There will be 80+ artists and craft persons exhibiting their works for sale. No admission fee, bring friends and family. Food stand, bake sale and prizes.


    3. Bus Tour
      12:30 pm – 4:30 pm

      Today’s Women of Hutchinson presents their Winter Wonderland Holiday Home Bus Tour on Nov. 19th. A limited number of tickets are on sale at the Chamber Office Now until Sold Out. Advance Sale Tickets only for $30. Proceeds from the tour benefit Local Organizations.

      Enjoy an all you can eat Dad’s Belgian Waffle Feed on Sunday, Nov. 20th from 9:30a-1p at St. John’s Lutheran School Gym in NYA. Adults are $9, Children ages 6-12 are $5. Proceeds benefit mission projects and the youth group trip.

      The Mcleod County Historical Society has their Chili Dinner Fundraiser on Sunday, Nov. 20th from 11:30a-4:30p at the Museum. Free Will Offering will be accepted for the meals.

      St. John’s Lutheran Church of Atwater presents their Oyster Stew and Soup Dinner on Sunday, Nov. 20th from 5-7:30 pm. Serving Oyster Stew, Chicken Wild Rice Soup, and Wisconsin Cheese Soup along with Ham Buns for a Free Will Offering. Proceeds go to the Sunday School.

      Waddle over to GSL ECFE for Turkey Time on Tuesday, Nov. 22nd from 10:30-11:30 am or 6-7 pm. Kids ages 1-kindergarten entry will have a fun filled time with stories, songs, crafts, and activities. The Program is free, but they encourage you to bring a new, unwrapped toy for a child in need this holiday season. To register go online to the GSL Schools Website or call 320-864-2681.

      Watch a Dairyland Donkey Basketball game on Tuesday, Nov. 22nd at 7 pm at the Lester Prairie HS. Tickets are $7 in advance, $10 at the door. Proceeds go to the Parents for Education Group.

      Come celebrate Thanksgiving with the DAV and Auxiliary at the Peace Center in Hutchinson. Serving a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner from 11:30a-1p. Free to anyone that is alone or has no one to spend the holidays with. Donations received will go to Veteran’s Homes. Take outs or deliveries can be called at 320-275-3453.

      St. John’s Lutheran Church of Winsted is hosting their Christmas Social on Friday, Dec 2nd. Hors D’ouevres served from 6-7p, Concert at 7 pm featuring the Litchfield Area Mens Chorus and Allen and Matt Carlson. Cost is just a free will donation.
