    1. Parish Festival
      4:00 pm – 7:00 pm

      The St. Ignatius Parish of Annandale is having their Parish Festival Sat., Sept. 19 starting with 4 p.m. Mass, followed by a chicken dinner with homemade pie, served inside and outside from 5-7 p.m. Games for all ages, bingo, cake walk, beer garden, bake sale, and a ‘choose your prize’ raffle.

    2. 5K Glow Run
      5:30 pm – 11:45 pm

      Mcleod for Tomorrow is hosting their 5K Glow Run on Saturday, Sept. 19th.  Registration starts at 5:30 pm, Run at 8 pm, then the Glow Party at Main Street Sports Bar from 9p-1a.  Register for $30, or on the day of the race registration fee is $35.  For info contact Christy 320-587-0711

    1. Hector Fly in Breakfast
      7:30 am – 11:30 am

      Hectors annual Fly in Breakfast will be on Sunday, Sept. 20th from 7:30a-12:30p.  All you can eat for a free will donation…Pancakes, Sausages, French Toast, and more!  11:30 am is the Ping Pong Ball Drop for kids 12 and under.  This year featured aircraft is a 1939 Spartan 7W, only 7 left in the world.

    2. Troy Grack Golf Classic
      9:30 am – 10:00 am

      You can take part in the 4th annual Troy Grack golf Classic on Sunday, Sept. 20th at the Glencoe Country Club.  It’s open to the public, registration taken morning of the tournament.  There will be food, bake sale and raffles.  Proceeds benefit Paisley Lindemann’s battle with Leukemia and two scholarship funds. Registrations accepted the morning of the tournament up to 9:30 am, Tournament starts at 10 am.  

    3. St.Matthew’s Fall Festival
      9:45 am – 1:30 pm

      St. Matthew’s of Fernando is having their annual Fall Festival Sunday, Sept. 20th.  Polka Worship starts the day at 9:45 pm, followed by a Hog Roast (for a free will offering).  Unique Fun Auction starts at 1 pm.  Everyone is welcome, Coffee and Bars served at the Auction.

    4. Fall Festival
      10:00 am – 1:00 pm

      The Oster Covenant Church of Waverly is having their Fall Harvest Festival on Sunday, Sept. 20th.  Service at 10 am, Meal to follow.  Everyone is welcome, Music by the Wagon Wheelers Band, Potato Bar, Ice Cream, Cake Walk, Crafts, Ladder golf and more.  Free Will Offering will be taken.  

    5. Fall Festival
      11:00 am – 3:00 pm

      St. John’s Catholic Church of Darwin is having their Fall Festival on Sunday, Sept. 20th from 11a-3p.  A roast beef dinner will be served from 11-2, Homemade Pie Served, Cash Raffle, Food Stand, Games, Silent Auction and more!  Event is at the Education Center between Dassel and Cokato on Hwy 12.

    6. Turkey Dinner and Fall Festival
      11:00 am – 1:30 pm

      The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Watertown invites you to their Homestyle Turkey Dinner and Fall Festival on Sunday, Sept. 20th.    Serving from 11a-1:30p, Adults are $10, Children 12 and under is $6. Other events include: Music, Country Store, Beer Tent, Bingo, Silent Auction, Food, and More!

    7. Country School Reunion
      1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

      The Mcleod County Historical Society is hosting an All Mcleod County Country School Class Reunion on Sunday, Sept. 20th from 1-4 pm.  Serving Hot Dogs, Corn on the Cob, Refreshments, Country School Displays, and showing the new video “Mcleod Country School Memories”.  

    8. Finding Kind
      2:00 pm – 6:30 pm

      Christ the King Lutheran Church of Hutchinson presents a screening of the movie “Finding Kind” on Sunday, Sept. 20th at 2 pm and Monday, Sept. 21st at 6:30 pm.  The movie about bullying and victims of bullying is offered free of charge.  The movie was developed for ladies 11 years of age and older.  

    9. CRAYO Lessons/Open House
      4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

      Crow River Area Youth Orchestra is offering string instrument lessons for ages 6-Adult this fall in Hutchinson. An open house is scheduled for Sunday, September 20 from 4-6pm at Faith Lutheran Church (335 Main Street SW, Hutchinson).     1. HLWW ECFE Circus Event
      6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

      The HLWW ECFE Program presents Under the Big Top Circus Event on Monday, September 21 from 6-7 pm in Room E013 of the Middle School in Howard Lake.(Enter Community Education door East side)  This is a FREE event!.  Your child will be able to walk the “tight rope”, do face painting, take pictures using their fun circus photo props, and more! Each child will get to take home a goody bag with fun circus themed items!  This is also an excellent opportunity to come and meet the ECFE teachers, see their new room, and learn more about what ECFE is.  This event is for families who have children ages 5 and under.

    1. Hollywood Rummage Sale
      8:00 am – 1:00 pm

      St. John’s Lutheran Church of Hollywood is having their Rummage Sale on Sept. 24-26.  Hours Thursday and Friday are 8a-6p, and Saturday is 8a-1p.  Saturday is bag day, fill a bag for just $5.  Also serving Sloppy Joes and Hot Dogs.  

    2. Crow River Singers start practice
      7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

      You are invited to join the Crow River Singers Choir.  Everyone is welcome and there are no tryouts.  Practices start Thursday, Sept. 24th and run every Thursday from 7-8:30 pm at Peace Lutheran Church of Hutchinson.  No pre registration nessecary, but you can contact Holly for more info 587-0710.

      9:00 am – 3:00 pm

      It’s a Fall Bake and Craft Sale on Friday, Sept. 25th from 9a-3p at Cedar Crest Estates in Silver Lake.  

    2. Dad’s Belgian Waffles
      5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

      It’s a Dad’s Belgian Waffles Feed on Friday, Sept. 25th at St. James Fellowship Hall in Howard Lake.  Serving all you can eat from 5-7 pm.  Adults are $7 in advance, $8 at the door.  Kids are $5 in advance, $6 at the door.  Proceeds go to the St. James Youth Group.

      7:00 am – 1:00 pm

      The Hutchinson Legion Auxiliary is hosting a Fluff and Puff Pillow Cleaning on Saturday, Sept. 26th at the Hutchinson Days Inn from 7a-1p.  New Ticking, On the Spot Cleaning, and Returned the same day.

    2. Nobel Shadduck Festival
      11:00 am – 3:00 pm

      Pioneer Park in Annandale is hosting its annual Nobel Shadduck Harvest Fest in honor of the Park’s founder on Saturday, September 26, from 11-3. Fun for all including giant bouncing dragon, K-9 demonstration, spelling bee, games for kids, bake sale, white elephant sale, museum buildings open for touring. FREE WAGON RIDES AL DAY!  The Park’s famous stew and corn bread meal is available for purchase. Kids admitted free.

    3. Airing of the Quilts
      12:30 pm – 2:00 pm

      St. John’s Lutheran Church of Plato is having their Airing of the Quilts on Saturday, Sept. 26th.  Viewing begins at 12:30 pm, Dr. Kristine Knudten will be speaking at 1:30 pm.  There will be dessert and beverages served throughout the event for a free will offering.

    1. Roast Beef Dinner
      10:00 am – 1:00 pm

      The New Auburn Lions invite you to their annual Roast Beef Dinner on Sunday, Sept. 27th from 10a-1p at the New Auburn City Hall.  Serving Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Cole Slaw, and more.  Adults are $11, Children 5-10 are $7.  

    2. Pork Loin Dinner
      10:30 am – 1:00 pm

      St. Boniface Catholic Church of Stewart is hosting a Pork Lion Dinner, Sunday, Sept. 27th from 10:30a-1p.  The day starts off with a mass featuring the BASICS at 9:15 am.  Cost for the meal is $9 for adults, $5 for ages 4-10, and an extra loin is $2.  Take outs available.  Also, shop the Country Store, take part in the raffle, Silent Auction, Kids Games, and more!

    3. Special Night of Praise
      6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

      On Sunday, September 27th at 6 pm there will be a “Special Night of Praise” at the Grace Bible Church of Silver Lake. Various church musicians and singers will lead in worship and share specials. This special praise service will last about an hour and include both contemporary and traditional selections. The public is invited to attend, and there is no charge.

    1. LP Paper Drive
      9:00 am – 10:00 am

      Paper Drive at Bethel Lutheran Church, Lester Prairie from Sept 30th-Oct 15th.  Bring your items to the Trailer at the Church Parking Lot. Bring your Paper, Catalogs, Phone Books, Cardboard, and Shredded Paper.  Please No Strings or Plastic Around Paper and No Pizza Boxes with food on.

      United Lutheran Church of Lake Lillian is hosting their Fall Festival on Thursday, Oct 1st.  Bake, Craft and Produce Sale from 4-7 pm, Meatball Supper from 5-7 pm.  Cost is $9 for adults, $3 for ages 6-12, and under 5 is free.  Serving Meatballs, Potatoes, Veggies, Coleslaw and more!

    1. Scarecrow Night
      6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

      The GSL ECFE is presenting their Scarecrow Night on Friday, Oct 2nd from 6-7 pm at their Learning Center.  Make a scarecrow…you bring a glue gun, coverall, shirt, pantyhose for the head….they’ll provide the innards and items for the face.  No charge for the event, just bring a donation for the Food Shelf.

    1. Dad’s Belgian Waffle Feed
      8:00 am – 11:00 am

      It’s a Dad’s Belgian Waffle Feed on Saturday, Oct 3rd rom 8-11 am at the Dassel History Center.  Serving Waffles, Sausages, Toppings and Beverages.  Cost is $8 for Adults, $5 for kids under 12.  

    2. Fall Bazaar
      8:30 am – 1:30 pm

      Holy Trinity of Winsted has their Fall Bazaar on Saturday, Oct 3rd from 8:30a-1:30p.  Serving breakfast at 8:30 am (Egg Bake, Rolls, Beverage), and Lunch from 10:30-1:30 pm (Chili, Hot Dogs, Pie, and more)  Also shop the Bake Sale, Craft Sale, and Silent Auction.  There will be Games for all ages, Plants and Produce sale, Cook Books for Sale, and area crafters and business booths.

    3. Henderson Heritage Days
      10:00 am – 4:00 pm

      It’s Henderson Heritage Days Saturday and Sunday.  On Saturday History Comes alive from 10a-4p at the Community Square Park.  Sunday at 11:15 am it’s a Bender Park Worship and Fellowship.  Food available for purchase after the service.  Food, Shopping, Music, tours and more this weekend!

    4. Grand Opening
      1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

      Minnesota Pioneer Park in Annandale is having the Grand Opening of the Gordon Memorial Library on Saturday Oct. 3 from 1-3PM.  See a Program and refreshments are served.  Free to everyone. Door prizes.
