    1. Fall Pancake Breakfast
      9:00 am – 1:00 pm

      Celebrate the season with Minnesota Pioneer Park’s Fall Pancake Breakfast featuring real maple syrup on Sunday, October 16, from 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Enjoy eggs, sausage, beverages, and all you can eat pancakes. Adults $8, $4 for kids up to 12, and 3 years and under free.  MN Pioneer Park is on Highway55 on the east side of Annandale.

    1. St. A’s Rummage Sale
      8:00 am – 6:00 pm

      St. Anastasia Church Rummage Sale is coming up Wednesday-Friday (Oct 19, 20, 21). Hours Wednesday and Thursday are 8a-6p and Friday is 8a-Noon. Quarter for most items, Friday is $2 bag day. Winter Coats and Jackets are $1 each.

    1. Rummage Sale
      8:00 am – 4:00 pm

      Rummage Sale at NewJourney UCC Church, Hutchinson on Friday, Oct. 21, 8 a.m. to 4 pm and Saturday, Oct 22, 9 a.m. to 12 noon  .Most items are 50 cents unless marked otherwise….Lots of great bargins!  Coffee and homemade cookies will be served with a free will offering.

      St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Stewart is holding their annual Fall Bazaar on Saturday, Oct 22nd from 10a-1p. Serving a Luncheonof Chicken Wild Rice Soup, Turkey or BBQ Buns along with Pie and Ice Cream. Also shop the Bake Sale, Craft Sale, Quilts, and more!

    2. Chili and Soup Luncheon

      St. John Lutheran Church of Hollywood is holding their Chili and Sup Luncheon on Saturday, Oct 22nd from 11a-1p. Adults are $8, Children 5-12 are $3. Also don’t forget to shop their Bake Sale.

    1. Mayer Fish Fry
      10:30 am – 1:30 pm

      Mayer Fire and Rescue will host an all you can eat fish fry on Sunday, Oct 23rd from 10:30a-1:30p in the Mayer Community Center. Serving Fish, Hot Dogs, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw and more. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for Children ages 5-12. Children under 5 are free.

      Crossroads Community Church of Cokato presents a night of Praise and Worship on Sunday, Oct 23rd at 7 pm. Free Will Offering, for a night of praise and worship lead by local musicians and worship teams

    1. Winter Wonderland Holiday Home Tour
      8:00 am – 5:00 pm

      Today’s Women of Hutchinson presents their Winter Wonderland Holiday Home Bus Tour on Nov. 19th. A limited number of tickets are on sale at the Chamber Office starting Monday, Oct 24th until Sold Out. Advance Sale Tickets only for $30. Proceeds from the tour benefit Local Organizations.

    1. Sausage and Ham Supper
      4:30 pm – 7:00 pm

      The Glencoe Lions invite you to their All you can eat Sausage/Ham Supper on Thursday, Oct 27th from 4:30-7 pm at the Pla-Mor Ballroom. Advance Tickets are $9, or $10 at the door, Children 4-10 are $5. Serving Sausage, Ham, Scalloped Potatoes, Corn and more! Proceeds go to community projects. They also ask that you bring an item for the food shelf.

      The next Silver Lake Paper Drive is coming up Oct 28/29. Drop off your paper on the North side of the Holy Family Church. Proceeds go to the SL Ambulance, Fire Dept, and Winter Festival.

      Enjoy the Christmas Bazaar and Bake Sale on Friday, Oct 28th and Saturday, Oct 29th at the Winsted Legion. Hours Friday from Noon-5 pm and Saturday 9a-2p.

      The Cokato Legion presents their Turkey Supper on Friday, Oct 28th from 4:30-7pm at the Cokato City Hall. Adults are $9, Chidren are $5.

    1. Rummage and Bake Sale
      9:00 am – 2:00 pm

      St. Michael’s Church of Spring Hill is having their Annual Rummage and Bake Sale on Saturday, Oct 29th and Sunday, Oct 30th. Saturday hours are 9a-2p, and Sunday 9a-Noon. Lunch is available both days and clothing is $2 per bag on Sunday. 

    2. Fall Salad Luncheon
      10:30 am – 1:00 pm

      The women of Grace Bible Church in Silver Lake would like to invite area ladies to their annual Fall Salad Luncheon on Saturday, October 29th at 10:30 am.  The event is entirely free and will include a variety of delicious salads, and a talk by Avril Vavrosky. Avril is originally from South Africa, and along with her husband Dr. Doug Vavrosky have been missionaries with OMF International for 35 years. They previously lived in Taiwan for 12 years, and are now serving on the Diaspora Ministry team reaching Chinese outside their own country. Grace Bible Church is located in Silver Lake next to the city water tower. Reservations are not required, but are appreciated for planning purposes. 

    3. Into the Wood Jr.
      2:00 pm – 7:00 pm

      The ACGC Drama Department will present “Into the Woods, Jr.” on Saturday, October 29th at 2pm and 7pm and on Sunday, October 30th at 2pm in the ACGC Jr.-Sr. High School Theater in Grove City. Tickets are $6 for adults and $2 for students and senior citizens. 

    4. Krone Family Benefit
      4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

      You’re invited to the Krone Family Benefit on Saturday, Oct 29th starting at 4 pm at the Glencoe City Center. A Free Will Donation will get you Dinner and Live Music. There is also a Live Auction at 7 pm. All proceeds benefit the Jessie Krone Family who was in an automobile accident. 

    5. Halloween Spooktacular
      5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

      Kids of all ages are invited to celebrate Halloween Spooktacular at Minnesota Pioneer Park in Annandale on Saturday, October 29, from 5-8 p.m. Chills, thrills, and plenty of trick-or-treat candy for the kids in the Haunted Village. Fun games in the Barn for the young ones. Lots of scares for those brave enough to try the Trail of Terror.  Free cookie decorating and pizza and pop for sale in the lower level of the Big Woods Building. Park admission for the evening is $10 per vehicle. Bring flashlights. Pioneer Park is located on the east side of Annandale on Highway 55.

      10:30 am – 1:00 pm

      St. Michael’s Fall Festival is coming up on Sunday, October 30th from 10:30a-1p at the Gaylord Legion. Serving a Smoked Pork Chop Dinner or an Aranda Mexican Meal. Tickets are $10, ages 4-10 are $5. Shop the Silent Auction, register for door prizes, and take part in the raffle also!

      10:30 am – 1:00 pm

      The Immanuel Lutheran Church of Brownton is holding their German Dinner on Sunday, October 30th from 10:30a-1p. Serving Brats, Glazed Carrots, Mashed Potatoes, German Potato Salad, Sauerkraut, and more! Adults are $12, Children 6-10 are $6, Take outs available. All proceeds benefit Noah’s Ark Preschool.

      Peace Lutheran Church of Hutchinson celebrates Reformation Sunday on Sunday, October 30th with a German Dinner from 11:45a-1p. Suggested Donation is $8 for Adults, and $5 for ages 10 and under. Serving Chicken in White Wine Cream Sauce over Spatzle, Lanjagers, Cabbage, Sauerkraut, Black Forest Cake and more!

      The Mcleod County Historical Society hosts a special Creepy Collections Halloween Program on Hair Art Sunday, Oct 30th from 1-2 pm at the Museum in Hutchinson. Admission is $3 for adults, $1 for Kids.

    1. Trunk or Treat
      5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

      The Bethlehem United Methodist offers it’s Trunk or Treat event on Monday, Oct 31st from 5-6:30pm. It’s a free alternative Halloween Celebration for kids and Families. The church parking lot will be filled with decorated car trunks filled with treats and you can vote for the best decorated trunk.

    2. Halloween Party
      5:30 pm – 7:30 pm

      The Brownton Lions Club is sponsoring its annual Halloween party for kids in sixth grade and under on Monday, Oct. 31, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., in the Brownton Community Center. There is an entrance fee, which will be donated to the McLeod Emergency Food Shelf. Noah’s Ark Preschool will be serving lunch as a fundraiser. The Lions also will be collecting used eyeglasses and hearing aids to be donated to Lions International.

      All Veterans and a guest are invited to an appreciation dinner on Tuesday, Nov. 1st at the Hutchinson VFW. 5:30 pm Social Hour, 6 pm Dinner, and 7 pm Speaker.       You’re invited to attend the annual Fall Bazaar and Road to Bethlehem Nativity Displays at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church of Fairfax on Saturday, Nov. 5th from 9a-1p. Apple Dumplings, Cinnamon Rolls and Caramel Rolls are served at 9 am, Soup and Sandwich Luncheon served from 10:30a-1p. Crafts, Baked Goods, Raffle Items, and much more will be available.
