    1. LP Music in the Park
      6:00 pm – 8:30 pm

      Lester Prairie presents Music in the Park, Tuesdays at the Park on 2nd Avenue.  Event begins at 6 pm with a light lunch put on by local businesses or groups for a small charge.  Music starts at 7 pm.

    1. Trinity Lutheran IC Social
      4:30 pm – 7:00 pm

      Trinity Lutheran Church of Grove City is having their Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, June 3rd from 4:30-7pm.  Serving BBQ or Ham Sandwiches, Potato Salad, Chips, Baked Beans, Pickles, Pie, Ice Cream, and beverage.  Suggested donation is $6 for adults, $3 for 11 and under, $2 for Pie and Ice Cream only.  Proceeds go to the Trinity Bible Camp Fund.

      St. John’s Church Ice Cream Social is Thursday, June 11th from 4:30-7:30 pm at the church, near Biscay.  Follow the blue signs from Highway 15 and 22.

      The Bear Lake Sunshine Society is having their Rummage Sale from 9a-4p at Northwoods Park in Hutchinson on Friday, June 12.  Baked Goods also on the sale.

    1. Sibley County Relay for Life
      6:30 pm – 11:00 pm

      The Sibley Countey Relay for Life is Friday, June 19th from 5-11 pm at the Winthrop City Park.  Opening Ceremonies are at 6:30 pm, Luminaria Cermony at 9 pm.  Start a team or come just for the fun!  More info at relayforlife.org/sibleycountymn

    1. Peace Lutheran Church Concert Series
      12:00 pm – 1:30 pm

      Peace Lutheran Church of Hutchinson has their 2015 Summer Concert Series Wednesdays starting at Noon at the church.  The concert is followed by a salad luncheon ($7 suggested donation for luncheon, Concert is free).  This years concerts feature: June 24: Paul Otte, Organist – July 1: Erin Bode and Syd Rodway, Vocalist and Guitar – July 8: Peace Has Talent, Music by the Youth – July 15: The BASICS – July 22: Dr. Mary Newton Organist – July 29: Dr. Joan DeVee Dixon, Organist – August 5: Lester Schuft and the Country Dutchmen

      Faith Lutheran Church of Hutchinson is having their Garden Tour and Luncheon on Saturday, June 27th.  The self guided Garden Tour is from 9a-3p, while the Luncheon is 11a-1p at the Faith Center.  For Tickets stop in at the church.

    1. Mental Health First Aid
      8:30 am – 5:30 pm

      A class on Mental Health First Aid will be taught on Tuesday, June 30th from 8:30a-5:30p at Ridgewater College’s Hutchinson Campus.  The course is designed to teach the basic first aid skills needed to help a person who is experiencing a mental health problem or crisis…and Understanding and recognizing the signs that someone needs help is the first step in getting that person the appropriate care and treatment.  Participants receive a course manual and certificate.  Registration is required, To Register Visit: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mental-health-first-aid-hutchinson-tickets-16791267132

    1. Ride to Save Lives
      11:30 am – 6:00 pm

      It’s the 3rd annual Ride to Save Lives Motorcycle and Bus Run on Saturday, July 11th.  Proceeds benefit SAVE (Suicide Awareness Voices of Education)  $20 per biker, $5 per rider, or you can ride the bus at $15 per person.  The ride is in memory of Mike Thaemert and starts at 11:30 am at Knuckleheads in Mayer.  The ride will end back at Knuckleheads also.

    1. Solid Rock Day Camp
      9:30 am – 2:30 pm

      Solid Rock Day Camp will be held August 3-6th at Christ the King Lutheran Church of Hutchinson from 9:30a-2:30p each day.  Kids in grades 1-5 are welcome, cost is $20 per child.  Join them for bible fun, crafts, games, outdoor activities, a service project, and a field trip.  More info: ctkhutch.com
