    1. DC Holiday Show
      7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

      The Dassel-Cokato Arts Association proudly welcomes the Six Appeal Vocal Band’s “Ugly Sweater Party” to the Dassel-Cokato Performing Arts Center on Saturday, November 25, at 7:00 PM! Advance reserved seat tickets are $20/Adults and $8/Youth, ages 2-18. (Tickets sold at the door will be $2/each more.) Tickets are available online at http://pac.dc.k12.mn.us Tickets are also sold through the Dassel-Cokato Community Education office, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. For tickets or for more information call 320-286- 4120. Tickets will be available at the door, beginning at 6 PM on November 25.

    1. Author Book Presentation
      7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

      The Mcleod County Historical Society presents an author book presentation on “First Dassel Battlefield Casualty in WW1”. The author Senator Steve Dille will make his presentation at 7 pm at the Museum.

    1. Legion Auxiliary Meeting
      6:00 pm – 8:30 pm

      The Hutchinson American Legion Auxiliary has their November Regular meeting on Wednesday, November 29th at the Hutchinson VFW Post 906  at 7pm.  Dinner can be purchased before the meeting at 6pm.  They will be voting on some important things at the November meeting so they ask you to Please come and make your voice heard.

      The Little Red Schoolhouse of Litchfield has their annual Holiday Craft Sale on Saturday, Dec 2nd from 8:30a-2p. Selling Wooden Toys and Crafts, Rugs, Candles, Treats, Jewelry and more! Find more info at littleredschool.org 

    2. Christmas at Trinity
      9:00 am – 12:00 pm

      It’s the 24th annual Christmas at Trinity on Satuday, Dec 2nd from 9a-Noon at Trinity Lutheran Church of Grove City. Brunch served for $9/Adults, $4 for those 10 and under, or Coffee and Roll for $3, Take Outs available. Also shop the Cookie Walk, Bake Sale, Candy Crafts and more!

    3. Christmas Bazaar
      9:00 am – 1:00 pm

      The First Congregational Church of Glencoe has their Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, Dec. 2nd. Lefse, rosettes, krumkake, cookies, candy, baked goods, crafts and gifts. Lunch of hot pork sandwiches, homemade soup and pie, – Take-outs available. Santa’s Attic – “new” used items and Live Music. 

    4. Holiday Fair
      9:00 am – 1:00 pm

      St Johns Lutheran Church of Annandale has their Holiday Fair from 9a-1p. Shop the Bakery, Crafts, Fresh Lefse and More! Lunch served of Sloppy Joes,Pie and more! Everyone is welcome.

    5. Trees and Traditions
      9:00 am – 2:00 pm

      Christ the King Lutheran Church of Hutchinson is holding their annual Trees and Traditions on Saturday, Dec 2nd from 9a-2p. View decorated trees, table settings, and more. Shop the country store, Bake Shoppe and Silent Auction, and get lefse and krumkaka demonstrations. Light Lunch available for a free will donation from 11a-1:30p.  

    6. Christmas at First Congregational
      10:00 am – 1:00 pm

      First Congregational Church of Glencoe has their Christmas Celebration on Saturday, December 2nd from 10a-1p. Hot Pork Sandwiches along with Soup and Pie served for Lunch. Also shop the goodies…lefse, rosettes, krumkake, cookies, candy and more!

    7. St Mary’s Cookie Walk
      10:00 am – 1:00 pm

      St Mary’s of Waverly is holding their annual Cookie Walk and Boutique on Saturday, Dec 2nd from 10a-1p at St Mary’s Fellowship Hall. Chili Lunch available for a free will offering, shop for gifts, cookies and Candy!

    8. Singing Friends Chorus
      2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

      The Singing Friends Chorus will present two Christmas concerts this season:   Saturday, Dec. 2 at 2 pm at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Glencoe, and Sunday, Dec. 3 at 2 pm at Church of Peace in Norwood.  The concert features well-known Christmas carols, spirituals, popular songs, and modern arrangements of traditional favorites. Admission is by free will offering, with a reception to follow.

    1. Living Water Puppets
      1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

      On Sunday, December 3rd beginning at 1:00 pm The Living Water Puppets of Grace Bible Church will be putting on a special Christmas presentation titled, “It Happened in the Country.”  Young children will especially enjoy the puppets.  There is no charge—and the public is invited to attend.  

    2. Alive and Kickin
      2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

      The Watertown Area Fine Arts Council is pleased to present Alive & Kickin in concert at Trinity Lutheran Church in Watertown, MN on Sunday, December 3rd at 2:00 pm. The concert is free to the public. A free will offering and donations of non-perishable food items will be collected to benefit Friends For Life Foodshelf.     3. BASICS Holiday Concert
      3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

      The BASICS have their Holiday Concert Benefit on Sunday, December 3rd at St Paul’s Lutheran Church of Stewart at 3 pm. Join for an afternoon of music, Silent Auction, Bake Sale, Light Lunch and more with all proceeds going to Chrystal Milbrandt and her battle with thyroid cancer.  

    4. Christmas Concert Benefit
      3:00 pm – 6:30 pm

      Christmas Concert Benefit for Chrystal Milbrandt will be Sunday, Dec 3rd at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Stewart. The BASICS perform at 3 pm, Hot Sandwich Meal at 4:30 pm for a Free Will Offering. Also dont forget to bid at the Silent Auction.

    1. GSL ECFE Holiday Workshop
      10:30 am – 11:30 am

      The GSL ECFE has a Holiday Workshop on Tuesday, Dec 5th from 10:30-11:30am or 6-7 pm. The event is for kids ages 1 to Kindergarten entry and their familes. The kids will make ornaments, creating art, listen to music, and more! Tution is free, but you are encouraged to bring a new or unwrapped toy for a child in need.       It’s the 3rd Annual Bluegrass Gospel Christmas at the DC Performing Arts Center on Saturday, Dec 16th at 6:30 pm. Performing includes the Kingery Family, the Kellen Family, and the Mahlstedt Family. Free will admission.

      The Brownton Congregational Church presents their annual Christmas Sing-along on Sunday, Dec 17th at 2 pm. Free to attend, stay after for coffee or tea and a taste of “the 12 Breads of Christmas”
